REVOeats: Pork Noodles? Pork Puff!!?
Waiting to Check-in? & Hungry? Check this Here! Looking for a good hearty local chinese meal while waiting to check in? Check this yummy place out!! This place is considered to be a Gem for my palate! I love love love the place, altho the downside this place is always really hot but its worth it! Trust me! :) I don't have many pictures but with what I have in mind I'll share them with you!

So this picture above here! This is the PORK PUFF stall I'm talking about! its absolutely yums and I even bought them for my guest at the hostel once for them to try it out and the really enjoyed it! It has a crispy flaky pastry on the outside and a soft, slight moist pork filling inside it! The ones one tray in the picture is it! They are called 'Siew Pau' in Chinese & well most the time you can just Point and ask, Pork puff? I'm quite sure they will show you the right one incase you picked the wrong one. Other than the Pork Puff, they have nice pastries too! Like the 'Kaya Puff' its a local jam stuffed pastry, this jam is made out off coconut milk, egg & Pandan Leaves. it has a light 'Pandan' flavour. Pandan is a common plant that we Malaysian's use in cooking (Malay or Chinese cuisines) it has a very distictive aroma which is pleasent to enhance any dish. Fun Fact: This Jam 'Kaya' in Bahasa actually means 'Rich' ;) We take this Jam with bread & butter too!
Oh and even more, the have array of little egg tarts, apple tarts & all those little amazing pastries! you should maybe buy one of each to try that will fill you up as a good snack! Next Up! The Headliner of this Chinese Hawker Place!

The ever famous PORK NOODLES! In Malaysia there are so many kinds of food you can get but hey! this is one you should miss when in KL! So let me describe this to you! There are different choices of noodle bases that you can get like 'Meehon' - thin vermicelli noodles, 'Mee' - Yellow Flour Noodles, Kuey Teow/HorFun - Flat rice noodles, 'Loushefun' - Silver Needle Noodles. It would come with dark soy, fish sauce, oil & their signature minced Pork! Its really a great combination! & not forgetting small crumbs of crispy pork fat sprinkled over! There thats a complete bowl of noodles. Then it comes with a side of a soup with these Pork Paste Meats & Slices of Chinese Sausages. In the Chinese culture, there are a couple types of sausages, some are slightly chewing and gummy but the one served at this place is softer and I can say it has a powdery texture to it. Some have explained it to be like the 'Chinese Haggis' to check out what 'Haggis' is if you didn't know ;) But personally I haven't tried Haggis so I can't judge that but I surely do love the chinese sausages served at this stall! So how do you get to this awesome place I'm talking about? Here is a guide map when walking from our Hostel in Revopackers

Google Map it here!: and a heads up! There are quite a number of stalls in the hawker center as well! but the two that I'm talking about it located as how I've roughly drawn it out below! But please feel free to try all the other variety of foods there! They are all really yummy and good too!! :) I just don't have pictures of them!
